Shastri Yoga - Writings

Life is relationship:  as a husband, as a wife, as a boss, as a member of a community, (as an owner/pursuer of worldly goods).  These relationships tire us because we are fragmented, in conflict, in tension within ourselves.  When we begin to learn to observe, there is no gap between the motive, the speech, and the action.  We are relaxed and there is great joy.  It is the conflict, the fragmentation (of attention) thereby, the tension within that exhausts us, not relationships.

By practicing the eight-limb yoga as laid out by Maharashi Patanjali, we learn to observe and thereby bring integration in to our relationships.
